We’re looking for an experienced Sewer CCTV Camera Operator/Foreman to join our team and help ensure the safety and functionality of sewer systems across Metro and Rural Minnesota, as well as outlying areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sewer CCTV inspection cameras and equipment.
- Conduct detailed inspections of sewer systems, pipelines, and underground utilities.
- Record and document inspection results, identifying defects and operational issues.
- Use inspection software to generate accurate reports.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CCTV equipment.
- Organize and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Lead and oversee crews, ensuring proper workflow and job completion.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Travel daily to job sites across Metro and Rural Minnesota and outlying areas with minimal overnight stays.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Experience with CUES, Envirosight, and WinCan operating systems.
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
- Experience with JetVac operations.
- QuickLock installation and short liner installation experience.
- Confined space training certification.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in the field.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating sewer CCTV equipment.
- Ability to lead a crew and manage job site operations efficiently.
- Familiarity with inspection reporting software.
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel daily within Metro and Rural Minnesota and outlying areas.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
