Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Taking phone orders.
- Light prep work such as folding boxes, ranch and other sauces.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding order.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the counter and lobby area is clean, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
