About the Role:
Relive Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Relive Health Center. This role involves managing communications via a lead management system, lead outreach, and client relationship management, including follow-ups and identifying upselling opportunities. The position requires skills in high-volume cold calling and converting leads into appointments while overseeing multiple locations. The work schedule requires weekends and requires a flexible schedule. The position will be based in the center and is not remote. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and motivated to drive business growth.
Compensation: $15-18.00 hourly

Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience, particularly in high-call-volume sales. Experience in the medical field, specifically Hormone Replacement Therapy, is ideal.
- Work Environment: This position operates in a medical facility with client equipment and hazardous materials. The environment is fast-paced, with high service expectations. The role requires effective collaboration with the team to meet these standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and respond promptly to client needs with a high sense of urgency and concern.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Experience:
- Capture, nurture, and close leads in lead management system, ensuring timely follow-up and updates.
- Educate clients on wellness, regenerative services, and treatments.
- Know all Relive Health services (hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, etc.).
- Be the first point of contact, managing expectations and addressing needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Resolve client complaints quickly and professionally.
- Marketing the Brand:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Showcase the value of services and treatments.
- Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and lead conversion.
- Build relationships and trust through communication in Driply and in-person.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Understand and communicate all services, products, and pricing.
- Demonstrate the value of treatments and services offered.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prioritize scheduling to align with client preferences and provider availability.
- Utilize Driply, EHR, CRM, and scheduling platforms effectively.
- Keep accurate client records for follow-up and reporting.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure clients are satisfied with their experience and address concerns promptly.
- Work with the team to improve service and resolve issues.
