Responsibilities
- Respond to resolve work orders for properties and preventative maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of property conditions, maintenance activities, and resident interactions.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
- Coordinate with management to implement property management strategies that enhance resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling and repairs of properties
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
