Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at Empire Roofing and Exteriors, you will play a dynamic role in driving business success. This position includes generating leads, guiding homeowners through the insurance mitigation process, and managing projects from start to finish. You‘ll receive on-the-job training to ensure your success and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Insurance Mitigation: Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process, including documentation, adjuster meetings, and claim resolution.
Project Management: Oversee roofing and exterior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and budget adherence.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing updates and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Team Coordination: Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Site Inspections: Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues.
Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training to master the skills needed to succeed and grow within the company.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in construction, roofing, sales, or project management is a plus, but not required.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
