Our client, a worldwide automotive painting company is looking for an Automotive Painter Specialist in Nasvhille, IL to work inside the clients location.
Direct hire with the client and permanent position.
Location: Nashville, IL, 90% on-site
Pay: $36 - $40 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift 6:30AM - 4PM

Main requirements:
- Ability to adjust and see color
- Process knowledge, on robot ends. How paint is applied.
- Mixing paints
- Proven experience in technical service or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and quality metrics.
Main functions:
- Track line performance and quality trends to ensure optimal operations.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting related to color and appearance issues.
- Manage documented inventory and assist with line trials.
- Support new model color programs and provide customer complaint assistance.
- Maintain close communication regarding paint usage and trends with relevant specialists and managers.
