We are looking for a Crew Leader and Installer for a local Sunroom Contractor expert who can provide the experience and knowledge to build the porch enclosure of your dreams.
Job Title: Crew Leader Installer
Location: College Station, TX 77845
Pay: $30-40/hr
Travelling to different locations
What’s the Job?
- Manage all aspects of installation and construction from scheduling to completion.
- Oversee all documentation, planning, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel to other markets (outside of the local area) as needed based on business demands.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and ensure satisfaction.
- Explain product warranties and features to customers during installation.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in general carpentry, including math calculations and the ability to measure accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
- Must be able to participate in all aspects of installations, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials as needed..
