About the Position:
Empire Beauty School is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Planner (Financial Assistance Planner) to provide exceptional customer service to our schools and students in the Financial Aid packaging and verification process.
Responsibilities:
- Package future and re-enter students contracted to attend Empire Beauty School.
- Package active students that cross over into a new award year.
- Provide accurate and timely financial packages.
- Responsible for knowing the verification process in relationship to obtaining a valid (payable) ISIR.
- Respond to all requests for exceptional consideration regarding financial aid matters including professional judgments, reinstatement of financial aid, expense processing, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of all federal and state regulations with particular emphasis on packaging and verification.
