What are the responsibilities and job description for the Educator Support Manager - Full Time Kentucky and Tennessee position at empire?
As an Educator Support Manager, your focus is developing a positive learning and training experience for our Educators that is consistent with Empire’s Core Purpose and Core Values. Our Educator Support Managers lead educational initiatives for their assigned region(s) by evaluating and analyzing the educational performance of the region and the school within while addressing deficiencies through training, development, and leadership initiatives. Coordinating and working with Educational staff and Executive Directors is necessary to ensure a clear understanding of the educational processes, student advising, classroom management, attendance, retention, and other metrics. In addition to this, working closely with the Educational Services team to ensure the implementation and execution of new initiatives and programs is a key piece to this position. This role requires flexibility, and the schedule may include working early mornings, evenings, and Saturday hours. The salary for this position is $COMPENSATION.RANGE per year.
