Electrical Technician
Location: Statesville, NC

Payrate: $31 – $38/hr (based on experience)

We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Technician to support our project installations, retrofits, and equipment maintenance. If you have a strong background in injection molding, PLCs, and automation, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Schedule & Pay:
- Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $31 – $38/hr (based on experience)
- Location: Statesville, NC
What You'll Be Doing:
- Install and implement control upgrades, drive systems, and robotics for existing equipment.
- Lead press retrofits, working alongside subcontractors to ensure proper documentation and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
- Assist with PLC and drive diagnostics, providing support to the maintenance team.
- Train maintenance staff in advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop and manage a Legacy database of schematics, backups, and drawings.
- Program and support robotic systems and new automation technologies.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
- At least 1 year in injection molding manufacturing
- Proven ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and PLC logic.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to technical issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related software.
