We’re seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility equipment across multiple locations. What You’ll Do:
Maintain & Repair: Ensure the optimal function of Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, and Control Systems across multiple facilities.
Preventative Maintenance: Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts as needed to maximize equipment performance.
Facility Operations: Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination, and general maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, properly store/dispose of hazardous materials, and proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Monitor & Report: Record equipment readings, track performance, and make necessary operational adjustments.
Travel & Troubleshoot: Work across multiple locations, ensuring seamless facility operations while responding to maintenance needs efficiently.
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience: 5-7 years in commercial or industrial building maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Technical Expertise: Strong skills in at least one key trade (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations) while being multi-skilled in others.
Certifications:
- Required: EPA 608 Type II Certification
- Preferred: EPA 608 Universal Certification, plus two years of trades schooling in electrical design, refrigeration, or HVAC
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for reporting and tracking maintenance work.
Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required, as this role involves traveling between multiple facilities.
