What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair specialized equipment for our clients.
Handle preventative maintenance and emergency service calls to minimize
downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical, fluid, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Work with project managers, service coordinators, and international teams to
implement technical solutions.
Assist with spare parts sales, inventory control, and preventative maintenance
contracts.
Document equipment issues and recommend solutions for manufacturing
improvements.
Provide on-site customer training and technical support.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Strong technical background—experience in steam sterilization, industrial washing,
or PLC controls is a big plus!
✔ Excellent troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical,
and fluid systems.
✔ Great communication and customer service skills—you’ll be working closely with
clients and internal teams.
✔ Ability to manage time and resources effectively in a fast-paced field environment.
✔ Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to maintain accurate
documentation.
✔ Willingness to travel regionally (and nationally as needed).
Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to $30 per hour (depending on experience)
