What You’ll Do
- Safely operate and oversee autonomous vehicles in real-world and test environments.
- Take control of the vehicle when necessary, ensuring smooth and secure operation.
- Monitor system performance and provide critical feedback to engineering teams.
- Engage in technical discussions while driving and capturing detailed information.
- Accurately log and report findings to help improve autonomous vehicle technology.
- Navigate complex driving environments, including high-traffic and nighttime scenarios.
- Follow strict safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
- Represent the company professionally, contributing to community engagement efforts when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Florida Driver’s License – Must have held a Florida driver’s license for at least three consecutive years with no gaps and a clean driving history.
- Safety-First Mindset – You prioritize safety above all, making sound driving decisions under any circumstance.
- Multitasking Ability – Must be able to drive safely, capture detailed information, and engage in technical discussions with team members.
- Typing Skills – Ability to type at least 50 words per minute (this will be tested).
- Attention to Detail – Strong observational skills and the ability to assess situations quickly.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Comfortable driving in varied conditions, including high-density traffic and low-visibility environments.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Experience using digital tools, logging data, and following structured test procedures.
