What will you be doing?
- Creating detailed site plans using CAD software
- Analyzing environmental reports, grading, and drainage
- Designing planting plans, selecting materials, and creating lighting plans
- Collaborating with architects and project managers
- Providing technical and design services for civil engineering projects
- Coordinating project submittals, regulatory agency approvals, and construction permits
- Producing technical reports and maintaining strong communication within the team
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Certified Planner, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office (Bluebeam preferred)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience in land development projects is preferred
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to collaborate effectively

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
