Pay: Associate Manufacturing Operator – $27/hour | Manufacturing Operator – $28/hour Shift: Rotating DuPont schedule (12-hour shifts) ; 3 days on (7 AM - 7 PM), 4 days off, then 4 nights on (7 PM - 7 AM)

Role Overview:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that our pharmaceutical ingredients are manufactured in a safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant manner. You will oversee batch processing, equipment operation, and quality control while adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee manufacturing processes, including set-up, loading, unloading, processing, and drying
· Follow cGMP guidelines, batch logs, and standard operating procedures
· Operate DCS systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment
· Identify and document abnormal conditions, ensuring timely resolution
· Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
· Use SAP for electronic documentation and inventory tracking
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operator asset care
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
· Train and support fellow operators
Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or GED required
✔ 2-4 years of experience in a chemical and/or pharmaceutical environment
✔ Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow regulatory guidelines (FDA, OSHA, EPA, DEA)
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
✔ Forklift operation experience is a plus
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
