Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical Circuitry & Prototyping:

Design, develop, debug, modify, test, and assemble electrical circuits and systems, utilizing current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies. Work from schematics, diagrams, written instructions, or verbal guidance.

  • Documentation & Testing:

Write reports, memos, and change requests to document, evaluate, analyze, and verify electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and prototypes. Follow approved procedures and standards.

  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:

Track and resolve electrical development issues, including test setups, circuit/device problems, and system errors. Maintain detailed records using approved tracking tools and problem-solving methods.

  • Lab Management:

Maintain detailed lab notebooks, test reports, and documentation of results and procedures. Recommend corrective or alternative actions as needed.

  • Quality Commitment:

Maintain strict compliance with quality policies, standards, and procedures to ensure product safety and excellence. Foster a work environment that supports quality systems and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate’s degree (AA) preferred or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic engineering activities.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, test equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency with tools, schematics, and analysis methods relevant to electrical/electronic systems.

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to independently identify, define, and resolve typical issues using proven processes.

Collaboration:

  • Strong communication skills for sharing detailed information within teams and departments.

Quality Focus:

  • A commitment to building quality into all aspects of work by adhering to compliance standards.

Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
