Utility Technician - Join Our Growing Team!
We are seeking a skilled Utility Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our critical utility systems and production equipment. You'll play a key role in preventative maintenance, repairs, and supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform timely preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, compressors, and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair utility systems efficiently.
- Support and guide team members during your shift.
- Assist with shift schedules and attendance management.
- Prioritize daily tasks and address urgent issues effectively.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
- Contribute to and support preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.) and production equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
