Job Role
As an Empirical360 senior account manager you will have the amazing opportunity to work with lawyers to ensure they are successful with their advertising campaigns. You will be on weekly calls with clients to deliver a world-class experience. You will also be responsible for working with our full team to make sure your assigned clients are getting the best results possible and fast quality customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Weekly meetings with your assigned clients (lawyers) to review their Google Ads, Local Service Ads, SEO and weekly lead quality review.
- Creating new tasks from meetings and communicating to clients when tasks are complete.
- Monitoring the performance (spend, leads and sales) of your current clients to proactively manage their success.
- Answer emails from your assigned clients in a timely manner and with a quality response.
- Provide work-class customer service during meetings, emails and all interactions.
- Coordinate meetings with assigned clients (onboarding meetings, founder meetings, etc.)
- Ensure clients get launched on time.
- Being a relentless advocate of your assigned clients success.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized marketing solutions.
- Be a proactive liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.

- Schedule onboarding and launch clients on time.
- Meet with all assigned clients weekly.
- Answer all assigned client emails in a timely manner.
- Work to drive success and deliver a world-class experience for all of your assigned clients.
- Maintain a strong retention rate of clients (above 95% retention rate)
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO
- Can hit project deadlines while keeping quality of work in check
- Experience with regular client facing meetings
- Efficient with Outlook, Slack and Project Management Software (Asana)
- BONUS - Has worked at a legal marketing agency or in a marketing agency before
- Can work virtually and maintain work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management.
