Responsibilities:
- Perform solid phase synthesis, purification, and characterization of oligonucleotides and oligonucleotide conjugates
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate synthetic and analytical results
- Present results at group meetings to senior staff
- Troubleshoot and optimize current procedures
- Ability to multitask and work on several different projects simultaneously
- Maintain inventory of reagents and consumables
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry with an understanding of organic and analytical chemistry
- Experience working in a chemistry lab
- Experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 1-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in solid phase synthesis
- Analytical or purification method development experience using RPIP-HPLC, AEX-HPLC, UV, NMR, LCMS, MALDI, and HRMS is highly desired
- Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
