As part of our Client Strategy Group, you will work amongst a strategic team of Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and a vCIO. The Account Coordinator is an integral part of this structure; tasked with supporting our customers and business partners alike.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings for all accounts.
- Ensure timely follow-up and preparation for QBRs.
- Address client inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Oversee and manage the deal registration process for assigned accounts.
- Generate and provide timely and accurate transactional quotes for clients based on their needs.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define and document project scope.
- Facilitate project scoping discussions and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including pricing and scope of work.
- Organize and schedule client calls with Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
- Ensure relevant stakeholders are involved in client calls and discussions.
- Address ticket inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
- Review call notes, tickets, and other documentation for quality and accuracy.
- Track follow-up tasks and ensure timely completion of outstanding action items.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams as necessary to ensure ongoing project success.
- Monitoring client requests, which may include: quotes, project management, service desk tickets, or general inquiries.
- External collaboration with our manufacturer & distribution partners on pricing, bill of materials (BOMs), and co-selling efforts.
- Internal collaboration with our Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Project Management.
- Cultivating long-term relationships with our customers founded on TRUST; by having an intimate understanding of their businesses, goals, and the challenges they face.

Requirements:
- High-School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Account Management or Project Management; previous MSP experience will receive preferential consideration
- Extremely detail-oriented & organized mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software – Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred
- Strong communication & collaboration skills needed to be an effective part of the team
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills in potentially stressful & urgent situations
- Strong & effective presentations skills

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
