Responsibilities:

·         Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.

·         Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

·         Develop strategies and work cross-functionally to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

·         Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities in and out of assigned accounts.

·         Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.

·         Provide reports to management on account status, sales performance, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to accommodate client needs or deadlines.
