Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet client requirements.
- Conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for office traffic and client managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Extend job offers and complete the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in staffing or HR is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
