We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team in the vibrant city of Kingman, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various industries throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Job Order Management: Manage and prioritize job orders, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field (staffing agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Kingman and surrounding labor market is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
