We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our office team in Independence, MO. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, assessing, and placing qualified candidates in temporary positions for our diverse client base.

Your Responsibilities

• You will source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• You will screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet client requirements.
• You will conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• You will manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• You will coordinate and schedule interviews for office traffic and client managers.
• You will conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• You will extend job offers and complete the onboarding process.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in staffing or HR.
• A strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
