Assembler / Mounter

We are currently seeking candidates with mechanical aptitude or assembly experience for a client in Kent, Ohio!

In this position, you will assist in the manufacturing of liquid tank trailers with a very wide scale; it can include everything from drilling holes to mounting equipment to helping to wash a trailer.

Shift :

6am-4pm Mon-Thurs
OT 6am-11am Fridays

Pay :

18.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

Lay out, position, align, and secure parts using hand tools and measurement tools.

Mount tires on suspensions.

Mount fenders and mud flaps.

Clean trailers after assembly.

Pinstripe or sticker trailers.

Position and secure work pieces using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools.

Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.

Minimum Requirements :

High School Diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) preferred.

Strong mechanical ability and / or experience required.

Ability to accurately read and interpret drawings and prints.

Ability to accurately use and read micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and precision measuring instruments.

Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment, including hoists and cranes.

Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders and work at heights.

Ability to lift 50lbs.
