What are the responsibilities and job description for the BRANCH MANAGER position at Employ-Temps Staffing Services?
The Branch Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of the branch and coaches the recruiting staff to ensure that goals are achieved. You will also be collaborating with Recruiters, Client Success Specialists and clients on sourcing, interviewing, submitting and placing candidates on a day-to-day basis.
OFFICE HOURS
Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know and understand the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the many customers and positions of the branch
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through phone, email and face to face contact
- Identify new client opportunities for the branch office
- Meet weekly branch KPI's and financial targets
- Help Train, Develop, and Mentor internal staff for success in recruiting
- Account management and business development as needed
- Ensure compliance for hiring and placing of temporary employees at clients; attention to detail and documentation within ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Utilize effective leadership tools to run all aspects of branch operations
- Source resumes on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages
- Ensure proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained
