Business Operations Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Salem, OH. In this role, you will provide critical support to our customers and contribute to the success of our organization.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Salary Range:
- $17-18 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information across business systems
- Process client service requests and general account maintenance as directed
- Communicate with clients, including responding to phone calls and greetings
- Assist with quarterly portfolio reports and client review meeting presentations
- Perform general clerical duties for the firm
- Complete all project work assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Teams
- High level of confidentiality required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Desire to learn and grow with the company
- Strong organizational and time management skills
