Customer Service

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep with Excel experience for our client in North Canton, OH!

In this role you will be working with a company who offers its customers over 14,000 SKUs including truck supply, entertainment, gift / novelty, souvenir and apparel items. Do they sound like a fit for you? If so, read on!

Shift :

  • 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Pay :

  • 16.00 per hour

    • Responsibilities :

  • Process / Track daily orders
  • Update price changes in price books and price codes
  • Process credits
  • File invoices / sorting orders
  • Mail out customer invoices
  • Run reports for sales reps
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Enter fax / phone / emailed orders
  • Assist sales team
  • Send out and verify weekly mailings
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Requirements :

  • High School diploma / GED
  • 1 years' Customer Service experience
  • 1 years' Office experience
  • Work well with team members
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service phone experience a must
  • Must be familiar with Excel
  • Above average communication skills
