Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a candidate with strong communication skills for our client in North Canton, Ohio!
In this role you will be working with a company who offers its customers over 14,000 SKUs including truck supply, entertainment, gift / novelty, souvenir and apparel items. Do they sound like a fit for you? If so, read on!
Shift :
1st Shift Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
Pay : 16.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
Process / Track daily orders
Update price changes in price books and price codes
Process credits
File invoices / Sorting Orders
Mail out customer invoices
Run reports for sales reps
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Entering Fax / Phone / Emailed orders
Assist Sales Team
Send out and verify weekly mailings
Other Duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months experience in office setting
Works well with team members
Ability to multi-task
Customer service phone experience a must
High School diploma / GED
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Must be familiar with Excel
Above average communication skills
