- Answer incoming calls by following a call script.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for service.
- Field customer inquiries.
- Coordinate customer needs with dispatchers.
- Perform data entry to maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and friendly disposition in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Stability and longevity in work history.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience working with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingsness to participate in continuing education.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
