Medical Client Representative
We have an opportunity for a full-time Client Representative with medical terminology and medical records experience for a Personal Injury Law Firm in West Akron.
In this position you will track personal injury clients through their treatment phase as their case is prepared by the firm. There will be heavy phone contact with medical providers, insurance companies and clients.
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay:
$18.00
Responsibilities:
Exceptional customer service experience and skills
File and maintain client records and documents
Individual will need time management skills to meet with assigned attorney daily
Must be detailed oriented, well-spoken, and have no problem being on the phone
Strong understanding of time-sensitive items and issues
Organization skills required to manage several different cases at once
Case Management experience, a plus
Compassionate with the ability to relate to different clients with various needs
Experience with medical terminology and/or billing/medical records a plus
Ability to interpret medical records, and understand codes is a plus too
Requirements:
Experience requesting and reviewing medical records
Ability to interpret medical records and understand codes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must be detail-oriented, well-spoken and able to handle heavy phone contact
Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, but fun environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills
