Lawn Care Laborer Job Summary
Employ-Temps Staffing Services is seeking a Lawn Care Laborer to join our team. As a Groundskeeper Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of residential and commercial properties through various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks. Your duties will include string trimming, mulching, pruning trees and shrubs, removing weeds and debris, operating equipment, and applying fertilizers and pesticides.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks to ensure residential and commercial properties are well-maintained.
• Edge and trim lawns using power and hand tools.
• Moving and spreading mulch.
• Prune shrubs, bushes, and trees as needed.
• Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from lawns and landscape areas.
• Operate equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and edgers safely and efficiently.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments according to instructions.
• Assist with planting flowers, grass, and other vegetation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work some weekends if raining during the week.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must pass drug screen.
• No felonies within the last 7 years.
