Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership skills that demonstrates integrity and can empower their employee
- Monitors and trains employees to improve their performance tot rack progress and identify potential issues.
- Excellent customer services skills by responding to members and staff questions about services at the Health Centers, and answers incoming calls from membership as well as outside vendors. Copies, mails, faxes and files relevant information related to patients and staff, as requested. Verified member eligibility and complete all registration information manually and in the computer
- Effective communication skills to keep members and employees updated on current policies and procedures
- Characterizes great problem solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence attributes
- Basic data entry into computer system, schedules and reschedules appointments for health care services for members, as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Has the ability to be flexible and work efficiently with others to complete projects, etc.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Graduate Required
- Prior Experience in a Physician's Office or Health Care Setting
- Prior relevant formal training
