What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to employees regarding their benefit questions
- Investigate and respond to employee inquiries about coverage, claims, and plan options
- Create, manage, and track service tickets in our internal systems
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve employee concerns
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients, staff, brokers, and carriers
- Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security standards
- Support additional administrative or service-related duties as needed

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Health and Life Insurance License is required
- Experience in a call center and/or worksite benefits is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), web browsers, databases, and phone systems
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
