Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in enrollment technology and benefits administration? Employee Family Protection, Inc. (EFP) is seeking an Enrollment System Architect to build and configure group and voluntary benefit enrollment solutions for our clients.
About the Role
As an Enrollment System Architect, you will be responsible for configuring enrollment software to meet client-specific benefit needs. This role requires a combination of analytical, technical, and project management skills to streamline and optimize the enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure benefit products in enrollment systems to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work with benefit workbooks, rate sheets, eligibility charts, and other materials to set up enrollment software for each client’s unique benefit plans.
- Cleanse and merge data from multiple sources to create and upload employee and dependent demographics.
- Coordinate electronic case builds, including EDI feeds and exchange links with carriers.
- Research and resolve enrollment system issues for clients, brokers, and benefit counselors.
- Support ACA compliance by tracking and analyzing workforce data for reporting.
- Provide training and testing support for new business and service cases.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, brokers, and carriers to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in a similar role.
- Experience with Employee Navigator or similar enrollment software.
- Background in insurance, voluntary benefits, and benefits administration.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation and uploads), Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Licensing: Must obtain a Health and Life license within 180 days of employment.
