Employee Family Protection, Inc. (EFP) is seeking a Worksite Benefit Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and benefit education to client employees. This role involves assisting employees with understanding their insurance benefits, enrolling in coverage, and resolving inquiries through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist employees with benefit-related inquiries (minimum 25 calls per day).
   
• Schedule and conduct benefit consultations for open enrollments and new hires.
   
• Educate employees on available benefit programs, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
   
• Accurately complete insurance applications and documentation in compliance with case guidelines, data privacy policies, and regulatory requirements.
   
• Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and deductions.
   
• Research and resolve complex employee benefit inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
   
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee and client information.
   
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education:
   
  • High school diploma required.
     
  • Active state life and health insurance license required.
     
• Experience:
   
  • Previous experience in insurance, voluntary benefits, or customer service preferred.
     
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based contact management systems.
     
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
     
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
     
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
     
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
