Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents to ensure project specifications are followed.
- Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work performed.
- Develop project schedules using Primavera to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours, materials used, and any incidents on site.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus.
- Experience using project management software such as HeavyBid and ProCore.
