As the Manager of Main Line Health's Behavioral Health Outpatient Center in Exton, you would be the administrator of a Mirmont outpatient site that provides outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment programs and services for adults and adolescents. The Manager is responsible for all operations, fiscal management, implementation of policies and procedures, regulatory, compliance and licensure requirements, maintenance of the location, and management of the clinical supervisors. They are responsible for overseeing the quality and integrity of all programs, developing and maintaining the therapeutic milieu, coordinating admissions, discharges, and utilization management/review activities, assisting in direct patient care as needed, and facilitating the functioning of the treatment teams.

Position: Manager, Behavioral Health Outpatient Center (Exton, PA)
Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday. The position is 100% on-site.
Experience:
- Three to five years of progressive experience in a management or supervisory position in Behavioral Health required.
- Demonstrates expertise in program development, consultation, program evaluation, staff supervision, development/training, personnel administration, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the development and administration of Quality Improvement and Utilization Management Systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the following areas:
- Theories of personality and human development,
- Psychiatric conditions, financial theories, & reporting systems,
- Insurance companies and specific insurance related issues such as benefits, payments,
and billing. - Criteria for all levels of psychiatric care, all levels of SUD care, crisis intervention techniques, and individual, family, and group dynamics & theories.
- Signs and symptoms and reporting requirements for abuse/neglect/violence: children, adults, elder.
- Joint Commission standards for behavioral healthcare organizations as well as OMHSAS licensing requirements for partial hospital and outpatient mental health programs and DDAP requirements for outpatient substance abuse treatment programs.
Education:
Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited university in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
Licensures/Certifications:
License to practice clinical discipline in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania preferred.
Salary : $83,491 - $129,334
