They will be responsible for documenting all of this communication, and helping push the process forward. The Client Service Representative is part of a system that eases the stress of understanding how to get care for themselves and loved ones, making all of the difference.

Position: Client Service Representative
Shift: Shifts vary from 8:00 am-4:30 pm, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, 9:30 am-5:00 pm or 10:00 am-6:30 pm weekend coverage
Experience:
1. At least two to three years customer service experience in a service oriented or health related organization.
2. Experience in computers with knowledge of Windows application.
3. Working knowledge of Delta preferred.
4. Keyboard skills of 50-55 WPM
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, with additional training in computers
Licensures/Certifications:
Medical Terminology
Salary : $6,000
