As a Clinical Nurse Educator Generalist, you will work with the interprofessional team to support training initiatives and will actively participates and implements evidence-based practice at the bedside.

Position: Clinical Nurse Educator Generalist - Paoli Hospital (ED, MedSurg, Tele, Stepdown, Critical Care)
Shift: Night Shift, 36 hrs per week (open to 3/12 hr shifts OR 4/9 hr shifts); 2 weekend shifts per month required; No holiday requirements but the shifts before/after a holiday need to be worked by the Generalists on the team.
Experience:
1. Prior education support experience desired.
2.Three to five years clinical experience in area of expertise preferred
3. Recent ICU or ED Nurse experience is highly preferred
4. Trauma experience is preferred.
Education:
1. Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
2. BSN required
Licensures/Certifications:
1. A current PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Maintains validation of current BLS training (CPR)
3. Certification in specialty area and/ or Nursing Professional Development desired PA RN license.
Salary : $88,296 - $137,717
