- Make an Impact! The Employee Experience Center (EEC) Advisor is the first point of contact for all Main Line Health employee incoming phone/email inquires, issues, and work requests related to HR operations and transactions. This role handles phone inquiries, requests, and cases to closure, while appropriately escalating complex cases. Specializing in various areas of HR support, such as payroll, benefits, recruitment and employee data management, the EEC Advisor provides accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. The EEC Advisor is expected to utilize system tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy and follow established procedures to maintain effective and professional documentation of inquiries and resolutions

Position: Employee Experience Center Advisor
Shift: Hybrid, 9:30A - 6P
Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources. Experience as a Human Resources generalist or specialist is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, PeopleSoft HRMS and Taleo is preferred
• Demonstrated skills in dealing with a diverse group, both internal and external customers.
• Experience working in a fast paced, confidential environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal) skills required, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Intermediate user level of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Education:
High School Diploma required. Degree in Business or related field preferred
