Duties & Responsibilities :
Successful consultants here will fulfill these responsibilities :
Be a good consultant.
Provide project management, leadership advice, coaching, facilitation, team development, and process improvement advice to leaders regarding the client organization’s improvement initiatives. These should be in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans, objectives and goals.Conduct assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observations. Equally important to conducting the assessment is how you deliver that information to clients. Sometimes it should be a formal presentation, other times it should be a quick phone call or an in-person meeting over coffee.Design, develop, coordinate, implement, deliver and evaluate (with our Level 3 Behavior Change software) programs that support client objectives.Work independently and use good judgment.
To deliver cost-effective solutions for clients, you will need to be able to work independently 60-80% of the time on projects.You will face situations that are fluid and often difficult to predict. With a solid foundation, you should be able to draw upon your experience and wisdom to make the best call you can make. This is not an “If ‘this’ then ‘that’ kind of a position, but you should have a good rationale for what you decide.Work collaboratively, sometimes.

We are looking for a project manager – culture consultant to join our team who matches our values and can demonstrate that they have been responsible for some, if not all, of the following components of typical OD work :
Project Management – Leading the charge in crafting amazing workplace cultures by keeping projects on track, teams inspired, and ideas flowing—all while juggling timelines and sprinkling a little fun into everything you do!Assessment – Assessing the needs of the client through surveys, interviews and observation, then sharing that information with them in an appropriate and, most importantly, impactful manner.Designing Interventions – Identifying approaches to improve the situation with the client. For example, this could include coaching or training leaders, creating memorable moments within our retreats, involving employees in changes, improving work systems, and redesigning processes.Implementing Change – Guiding the organization through the implementation of needed changes.Following up – Ensuring that the client is satisfied, changing behavior and staying on track.Sound Good?!
