Strategic Marketing Execution

  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, strategically allocating funds to maximize impact and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Brand Strategy and entire Commercial Team to implement a scalable marketing framework that builds Leer's brand authority in the cold storage industry.
  • Assist in developing and executing an annual and 3-year projected marketing plan.
  • Support and coordinate Leer's omnichannel strategy, ensuring messaging consistency across sales materials, social media, team communications, and events.

Campaign Coordination and Lead Generation

  • Work closely with the team to identify opportunities and develop campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness across targeted industries.
  • Utilize Leer’s future CRM for enhanced lead nurturing and targeted customer outreach, that supports long-term relationships and increased hit ratios.
  • Determine best industry publications, industry newsletters, and social media groups for marketing outreach.

Trade Show and Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute Leer's presence at trade shows and industry events, including logistics, booth layout and materials, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maximize Leer's visibility and lead generation efforts at events and measure related ROI.

Content and Sales Enablement Tools

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team on sales enablement tools for an effective and personalized sales process, supporting the alignment of messaging across departments.
  • Develop and present pitch decks that highlight product features, benefits, and competitive analysis, ensuring internal teams have clear talk tracks and consistent marketing messaging.
  • From literature to leerinc.com, create an omni-channel marketing experience, transforming our marketing materials from informational hubs into lead-generation platforms.
  • Manage the creation and organization of marketing materials, ensuring that product knowledge, company improvements, and competitive insights are consistently communicated across all channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Sales and CSR Teams to support the implementation of a CRM, future development of an e-commerce store, and the launch of any future products.

Qualifications:


Communication Skills: Excellent ability to listen and collaborate; ability to articulate product features, benefits, and competitor analysis. Ability to understand customer needs and create related marketing materials. Must have strong desire for world-class brand experiences.


CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing lead nurturing and customer outreach.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical ability to set, measure and analyze campaign metrics. Compare success to pre-determined KPIs.


Buyer’s Journey: Experience mapping the buyer journey to identify opportunities for Leer to enhance brand experience, create related content or sales enablement tool, and ultimately improve quote conversion rates.


Tradeshows: Experience with event planning and trade show coordination preferred.


Team Player: Openness to collaborate with sales, customer service, and external partners.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • 3 or more years working in Marketing or related field required.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
