Job Title: B2B Sales Manager
Location: Fairburn, GA
Salary: 50K - 60K DOE Commission
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and pursue leads to expand business opportunities for the staffing agency.
- Identify and target potential business clients by conducting door-to-door sales visits in assigned territories.
- Cultivate relationships with client hiring managers to develop partnerships.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing agency services and solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and exceed predetermined quotas.
- Sustain communication and engagement with existing clients to nurture ongoing business relationships.
- Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and identify opportunities for growth through strategic planning and organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in door-to-door or field sales.
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- General computer skills such as internet browsing, email, database, etc.
- Enterprise and business to business sales experience.
- Must be able to travel extensively within your assigned region.
- Must address external and internal customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
