Schedule:
- Bellman: Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Cabana: Monday - Wednesday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Job Description:
- Greet guests, confirm cabana reservations, and escort them to their setup.
- Prepare loungers, towels, shade umbrellas, and amenities before guest arrival.
- Take and deliver food & beverage orders, coordinating with the resort’s kitchen/bar.
- Restock water, towels, and sundries; keep the cabana and surrounding area spotless.
- Track rental times, process guest charges, and handle basic cash/credit transactions.
- Offer local insights, answer questions, and resolve minor concerns promptly.
- Enforce beach and pool safety rules, report hazards or incidents immediately.
- Ability to push towel carts, and work outdoors in the sun and heat for extended periods.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and retain information.
