Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team in Kahului, HI.
- As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including setting up new vendors, reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
- You will also assist with AP inquiries, prepare annual 1099s, and maintain assigned forecasting spreadsheets.
- In addition, you will handle lease and supply orders for copy and postage machines and assist with AR inquiries.
- Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
