Employers Options is seeking a General Maintenance worker to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Respond to maintenance tickets for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Perform daily pool cleaning, chemical checks, and adjustments to meet safety standards.
- Complete and log scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist vendors or senior technicians with larger projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Perform general repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and move across the property for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of building systems and use of hand/power tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license (preferred).
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
