Job Description:

• Assist the optometrist with patient intake and exam preparation, ensuring a smooth visit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the office running efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, answering patient questions with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry with attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the optometrist as needed.
