Position: Reconstruction Manager

Location: Oahu, HI

Pay: $48.08/hour

Experience: At least 15 years of construction experience; 5 years of experience managing a crew of 2 or more.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Employers Options is seeking a Reconstruction Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Oversee all phases of reconstruction projects from planning to final walkthrough.
• Educate customers on the reconstruction process and maintain excellent customer service.
• Plan and manage project scope, estimates, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Identify, hire, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and set clear expectations for all project stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope requirements.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and resolve any punch list items.
• Lead and organize crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Basic computer skills.
• Project management and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities.
