Job Description:
- Oversee all phases of reconstruction projects from planning to final walkthrough.
- Educate customers on the reconstruction process and maintain excellent customer service.
- Plan and manage project scope, estimates, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Identify, hire, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and set clear expectations for all project stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope requirements.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and resolve any punch list items.
- Lead and organize crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through.
- Basic computer skills.
- Project management and scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of local building codes and compliance.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities.
