Position Overview:
We are seeking versatile individuals to join their production team in various roles such as Machine Operation, Quality Inspection, Forklift Operation, Packing, and Assembly. Successful candidates will contribute to the manufacturing process, ensuring precision, quality, and timely delivery of their products.
Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to (depending on your position):
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet stringent standards
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the facility
- Perform packing and assembly duties as part of the production process
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency
Schedules:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday
*Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs*
Requirements for the various roles:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment
- Ability to conduct quality inspections with attention to detail
- Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience (certification is a plus).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
-HS Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
Pay rates range from $15 to $20 per hour, commensurate with position, shift, and experience.
